Default M11 Problem

hey all,
recently bought an m11 love it worked great for the first couple months.
but i went to use it tonight and it would not centre in the middle 10% ie just of centre. the spring work from full extension but will not centre the lest 10% it makes it hard to drive when the wheel wont centre.
it mechanical not didgital so does any one know how to fix it?
who should i sent the radio to?

I had the same problem last weekend at the jimmy babcock race, cost me the weekend, anyway there is nothing you can do, but send it in. They have to do a total memory reset (Clean it up). Get it in the mail asap! Very quick turnarond from Airtronics.

but it feels mechanical
btw how much did it cost to get fixed??
also mine is a sanwa can i send it to airtronics??

Check to make sure that the wheel is not bent or pushed in, just give it a little tug... Fixed mine

any one elsehave this problem??
has any one delt with sanwa?? ie are they quick? also does some one there speak english? i dont know japanese
ps does yanking the wheel help?

Mine was a mechanical problem. I loosened the adjustment screws too far. I sent it in and they did a readjustment and software upgrade.
