My vote.....
Chuck Lonergan - He's won more stock and now masters races for more years than all the other's combined. Every once and a while he comes back from Masters and still beat's up the young, top stock drivers.... Simply put - Best Stock Racer of All Time....
Now, from the current group of drivers just simplys going off of driving lines and consistancy (just from watching them drive rather than race results) from this past year - Dayger 1st, 2nd Cuffs from there it's up for grabs.
That's just my .02.... I could be wrong...lol...

Clark is so good, he can bend space and time to make it appear that he's struggling on the track. Meanwhile, he's already 10 laps up on you mere seconds after the sound of the tone.

Clark (Clark Kent, aka Superman) may be the best at the moment, but an up-and-coming DC Smith (DC Comics) may be even better. He's on a quest to own and drive every TC on the planet. This week he's running one of Tosolini's rides . . . next week who knows . . . he's bound to figure it out sooner or later. This man drives more new cars than anyone . . . well, except maybe Mo, he rebuilds his car from scratch at least 4 times a week. Speaking of whom, Mo's on the bubble to win at Nats or Vegas and last time I checked he still holds a day job in the so-called "real world too" . . . as one of the few people actually still living in WV I have to call him out . . . well, that is, if Clark and DC decide to let him on the podium someday . . . . but what do I know anyway, I'm just a dumb hillbilly . . . .

That DC is pretty sneaky. He uses acts of subterfuge to get a sweaty leg up on his competition.
There's been more that a couple times that he'll give wrong directions to his buddies on the way to the track. He does this to cut down on their practice time, meaning they'll have fewer chances on finding that golden setup that might beat him.
