Cheapest matched 3700-3800 cells?

Wondering where should I buy cheap matched. The last time I bought matched cells was about 2 years ago. Those are from Promatch.

Through Stormer Hobbies, you can get a good 3600 pack for only about $40-$50 dollars.If I remember corectly, the packs are SMC. I would highly recomend these packs.
