there would be even more problems...such as this question. is the car strong enough for a brushless motor?

Lipos fit just fine in this car, but if you run SMC, you might have to coerce one side a little. LOL There are also many great parts on Ebay.

the sprint 2 can handle a brushless, get the flux it is sick fast and it will give you the gearing set up in the flux box, my sprint 2 keeps up and passes the tc5 and alot of other cars on my home track....

Here is my Sprint 2. I use it mostly for drifting.

Upgrades are:
-Flux brushless system
-Carbon fiber upper deck
-Carbon fiber main chassis
-Carbon fiber front tower
-Carbon fiber rear tower
-Carbon fiber bumper plate
-Competition aluminum shocks
-Aluminum clamp hex hubs
-Aluminum spring perch
-Aluminum wheel nuts
-Body tuner kit

The purple aluminum piece on the upper deck is for mounting the aluminum posts below, which keeps the battery secure.

Let me know what you guys think!

Start with some softer springs and 40wt oil. I have mine setup with HPI Prolinear Green(#6846) on the front and HPI Prolinear Yellow(#6843) on the rear. Get the car balance setup how you like it first. Then move on the fine adjustments like ackerman, roll center and shock positions.

Move the steering linkage to the outer holes on the C-hub.
