Default Force Max 4300 cells

anyone heard of these Force MAX 4300 cells?

who makes them or are they a new company?

I haven't been able to find where these cells originate from, but some sources are pointing towards Team Orion. I have seen a few pics of these cells matched by ARK inc., Much More Racing, and Team TRION.
