210 or 212 mph that is not a rc car I think he means a 1/10 rc car.
What conditions? In a straight line or track? On what surface?
as said earlier you will not find “the fast car” over all its what ever suits you and the conditions, every car has there good and bad points about them. Also it depends on your skill check the internet to see who wins the would champions in the stock class and consider looking at a car like that.
