Speedtechrc can order it direct from Tamiya if you call/e-mail them saying you want to buy it. The owner Jeff is a good guy and will take care of you.

Default Short Reversible Suspension Set

Will the Short Reversible Suspension Set kit (part #54083) drop right into an Evo V and work fine with the 46mm swing shafts?

I got my Evo V used and it came with the "regular length" reversible suspension arms (appears to be the same as on my TA05R) and no stabilizer bars, so I need the short arms and stabilizer hardware anyways.

I broke my C-hubs today at the races, so now I have an excuse to upgrade to the 416 suspension pieces and bearings.

Yes the short arms where introduced with this chassis.

The kit blocks where Front D-D, rear XA-E. All with 46mm Swing shaftsand the 950 bearing axles.

Default center posts

Just wondering if anyone has played with using more than one center post and/or moving it to one of the other provided locations?

in higher bite situations i used two posts leaving the middle hole open. it freed up the car.

in low bit situations.. i didnt use a post at all. this was for 17.5

Thanks again Hebiki. I have an extra post and installed it like you mentioned in your first example...just haven't had a chance to test it out because the Seattle weather (rain, imagine that! ) isn't cooperating.

The extra blue sure does look pretty up on my shelf though.

I`m glad you Evo 5 Guys are still alive.
-I`ve been away from racing for a few.

Will the Spool take away alot of Steering?. . . . .(The Evo 5 has alot of Steering with the Front Ball Diff).

Thanks
