Clayton updated the ROAR rulebook when he served as a member of the EXCOMM, submitted it and pushed for it to be posted since at least early 2020. I don't know many people more passionate about the hobby than Clayton, and I know he will do what is right/best to help the hobby grow (like posting the updated rules for all to see).

USGT tires
Just a heads-up Gravity RC released a belted USGT spec tire (grey wheel) recently. You might want specify what kind of USGT tire will be used (belted, non-belted) before it becomes a USGT tire frenzy.
