Sorry if this has been covered but does anyone know if bodies swap between this and the xq10?

Front bumper of course the same but not sure about wheelbase and rear mounting etc.

Wheelbase matches but the rear post holes do not. The stock XQ10 holes are completely different, but the XSquare tower holes are close. I shimmed my AT1 posts forward 4mm to line up with those holes.

Thank you, so it appears with the xq10 xsquare setup and horizontal rear posts things could swap back and forth?

Width wise yes. Might need to play with vertical shimming, I haven't measured.

No issues with mine so far running 13.5 blinky. How many runs are you typically getting out of them before they break? Any crashes that may be a factor?

replace broken drive cup from last meet got two 6min runs before lining up for third run and notice car doing donut and knew another broken cap. No big hits, so only lasted three runs. Seem no one else have same problem, not sure what I might be doing wrong. Running large outdoor track with no barrier to crash into. Unless some sort of binding. Bit lost!!!

It's just a matter of getting in the groove, and not comparing all the wrenching to a belt car...Also, if you use 64p spur gears, choose a brand that is not out of round by much, if at all: it will make gear meshing a breeze...

I agree, I’ve changed mine a couple times, working on the car isn’t much more difficult than changing and getting proper the rear damper on an A12 1/12 car.

I was hoping to be able to swap bodies between the two Xpress platforms... was considering gigaplex's solution but I guess I could have both vertical and horizontal mounting holes in the bodies if I use the traditional mounts on the XQ10's. I'm not going to use the X-Square parts.

I finally had the chance to battle my AT1 in a 21,5GT Race last weekend. And Setup from above really gives a good steering car on higher grip. on less grip (morning) still rear was loose, but I was impressed about the handling later on as the grip on track was getting better and better. but as outdoor season is nearly over now, and we're starting indoor on black carpet soon, low grip shall not be the problem there any longer

I also ordered the aluminum main chassis from krazedbuilds yesterday, due to the fact that xpress is still sleeping to develop and produce it . btw this is something I was not used from Tamiya or other brands, that we have to wait sooo long for spares and hop ups to get released. this could be done much better from Xpress. finally a spare Diff is now available from rcmart and hopefully soon from all distributors all around the globe too

So lets wait for the high bite chassis *g* to be delivered. hopefully before November, to be ready for the start of our indoor championship

krazedbuilds has some great upgrades and still developing the platform (a lot faster paced that Xpress lol)

If you can get it at MsRP please let me know! Hobby shops are selling these over 500 buckeroos… same thing might happen to the 3racing Cero.
