Haha, thats awesome! But you are right the Armchair racers will be sure to come out critical, not like Schumacher (whom of which we have to thank for the Ball Diff) knows what they are doing... I mean how did they manage to bring out a 1:12 car and it win the worlds "out of the gate", lol.

Either way, excited to see them out in the field...

Guys, buy it directly from Schumacher. Depending on exchange rates, including shipping you'll come out just over $600. I've bought all of my cars and spares directly from them and gotten them faster shipped to my house here in Ohio than Amain can get them to me.

It backs out the 20% VAT since the product is being shipped outside of the UK

$600?? Damnit, I'm disappointed they are not at least charging $700+ and stretching the unveiling thru 10 different teaser videos.

Instead they are passing on the savings onto us and doing an immediate single day release for all information and specs. Ughhssss

I can see steering limiters, just not in the same place.

You mean the part drivers has to glue to prevent pop-off on crashes?

Steering limiter I thought of a wheelhub-mounted one to reduce forces on steering linkage.

Interesting insight to A800 popping ballcups. Then I assume Schumacher pops less often, as they tested a lot?

Thanks for your comments anyway.

I was lucky to see this in action over the winter, and have had a good look at one up close. It really is a very nice car, and it didn't seem to have any issues with getting bent out of shape when hitting a kerb in mod.

Never popped a Schumacher ball cup on any of my Mi7's and I've ripped hubs off the arms lol. Steering link was the only thing keeping the wheel attached to the car.
I also dont use the stops on the rack, I just set my servo endpoints.

Your cars typically don't look like they have been crashed as often as mine... But good to hear about the Mi7 durability. We then cn expect the same for the Mi8 thus great from the getgo!

Schumacher ball cup probably is the best ball cup ever since......the HPI PRO 4 period when Hara was replacing them with the Schumacher one. And i think the current Mi8 ball cup is still the same one since 2010?
