Are you saying Mugen arms are a direct fit?

If you at least didn't drill it and the hole was the same size as the arms I have then your arm is very much overstressed. Mine are very easy to change camber on and hold their setting. And yes I still greased.
Wow, maybe they changed them. I got my kit from integy usa last week.

I have some spare arms on the way though next week, I'll take some measurements and see

I only changed the final hand that I had as a spare, together with the Mugen spheres.
Tonight I measure the arms and tell you

Yes, the Mugen arms are compatible, at least the pitch of the holes on the supports is identical, the caster needs to be checked

@old_dude: Any updates on the Cero dog bone pin bearings or plastic/metal bushings? My bearings are holding so far but again I'm a rookie learning to drive in VTA. Not a lot of forces being employed yet...

No, the company I was dealing with has been silent and that really doesn't surprise me. We are small fish to them. I can say that the steel rollers that 3Racing has as a replacement do work very well. The FWD has hundreds of laps on them without a issue so far. Just oil them occasionally which you would do with any bearing.
One thing I want to try is the Cero Sport front spool. Apparently the unit is plastic and hopefully the outdrive portion is Delrin. If so this would be a great solution. I put thousands of laps on a similar setup in a VBC car without a single wear issue.

Good info. I have the steel one's @ tqrcracing on my wish list should they ever come back in stock. I was considering installing the 7075 aluminum axles but then I'd lose the double cardan joint up front, the bearings in the drive cups. However, the plastic c-clips seem to work well and I have the sleeves over the cv joints to eliminate the set screw thereby maing the joint even less binding and more free. Thoughts? Thanks!

Dang! Got my first dnf tonight because the set screw on the cv came out and who knows where it is now lol.

May I ask you what sleeves you're referring to? (part number would be ideal!)

I would keep the double joint. The aluminum axle really doesn't help performance a noticeable amount.

I tried something from the Facebook thread in testing the other night. I have struggled to get control of the backed of the cars on our new CRC carpet. Kind of goofy setups just to make the cars drivable. There was a suggestion of cutting the web out of the rear upper arms. Wow what a difference. I made back to backs with un cut and cut. Rear is now locked in like never before. I followed with the same mod on the FWD and same results.

It was actually said to cut both front and back upper arms for more mechanical grip.

You're not wrong, however, cutting both improves grip at both ends but doesn't change the balance front to rear... he'd be in the same position ... loose rear.

In his case, with the rear getting loose, cutting only the rear was correct.

We have been running the car all winter at 180 Raceway and I can say this car is really good,180 is extremely high bite and this car is locked in we will post our standard setup today showing the standard setup for black carpet racing.

I think you guys will be really impressed with its performance overall.

We have had no problem getting the rear end under the car for sure.
