Have you ever seen Masami drive? Quite frankly I don't think you know what you are talking about...

Ive been hearing about all these great drivers and Masami along with Hara
and Mark R. are the ones that lived up to they hype when I finally got to
see them race in person.

I watched the A1 vid and I am 100% sure that masami (possibly a clone) drove straight into andy moore..this is what you call class?

Antonio,

Even top drivers like Marc, Masami etc overshoot corners. At one point in the race Marc completely misses the apex of the corner coming onto the straight...like by about 3 to 4 feet. These guys are not perfect and they make mistakes (just a lot less than the rest of us). Masami is a class act, and it would be out of character for him to do something like that on purpose. That is a very long straight followed by a very slow speed hairpin, on the first lap it is more difficult to judge your braking zone because you are just getting use to the car, the track and getting back into a rhythm. Was it an aggressive move?... yes, does it suck for the other drivers?...yes, ..but does NOT mean that Masami has no class.

Great post Martin and very true!

Masami must of had one heck of a holeshot and or some series HP to go from 4th on the grid to getting into Andy (2nd)

I think Andy was wider than Masami was expecting, if you watch them on warm tyres they run over the kerb.
If it is true they were running one-ways then brakes will not have been an option, all he could do was turn in and hope for the best.
I am sure Masami would prefer to be 3rd 2 inches behind Moore than take him out.
This does make the reedy race one-way ban look like a good idea!!
