I'm surprised there isn't more talk on this car. It's an absolute beast. This car is not only super fast, it is also very very easy to drive and that makes it really consistent. Definitely my ride for the foreseeable future!

Agreed 100% - the A12 has been so popular and such a great car as well that I think some are not wanting to try the Roche yet. The Evo2 has been my favorite 1/12 ever

Are you guys running the standard kit or the USA version?

I am running the original chassis, but for next season I will be getting the USA spec....car was so good, but needed some more rotation, the new chassis and arms I think will fix all of that.

Our grip is medium at best so I don't see going to the US Spec. I may try the links etc. for tuning but with our grip level this car is a monster and ultra easy to drive.

Original chassis with the front end converted to the evo kingpin style. Its a drastic improvement to adjustability and strength! Genesis Raceway seems to be the only one in the US stocking the old kingpin style parts!

Sounds good! Looks like the parts have been restocked

330107 - P12 Kingpin
340034 - Upper Arm Eyelet its only available with the upper arms as well
310201 - Lower Pivot Ball you can also use the ones from the old car if you can find them -
310004
530017 - M2.5 E-Clip
2x 18-20mm Turnbuckle.

You will need to flip the Aluminum Upper Caster Block from the outside to the inside of the Aluminum Front Lower Bulkhead. See the example below under the spoiler.

Spoiler

Note - This washer stack made the steering super aggressive! My actual shim stack is 4.5mm above the steering knuckle and 1mm above the top most pivot ball.

so i just built the kit to the manual and the lowest droop setting i can get is like 5mm and that is with the shock being the shortest it can be. the only way i can get 1 mm of droop is to move the shock mounting position forward, is this correct or am i doing something wrong

hi bill -- don't be afraid to cut the plastic ball end if you need to make the shock shorter to limit droop. this is a common activity for the roche design of cars
