We recommend:

767's or Fbrushes

Red/Purple

or

Purple/Purple with the + tweaked to be stiffer

the tuning you requested when you ordered the motor will determine the brushes that it came with regardless of whether or not it is the buleprinted version.

depending on the application and where you live determines what brushes you get. we typically use the 4499.

has anyone used XXX brushes yet with a co27?

I am currently using them in a monster with relative success,

some of my friends that work at trinity really like the XXX brushes in both 19T and stock motors, i personally perfer the 4499's

So do you guys think the F brush is better than the 767s for stock 1/12?

Try the Putnam brush green on the pos and blue neg, hand down the best brush for stock, tried all the other Putnam the best but a little bit high on the price.

Can't say for sure, but I'd say they're worth a try(& I'd probably slot them too, should get good revs out of them)....
