Not in the near future, no. The company feel that people have not had the chance to make the most of the E4 yet due to the lack of racing.

or any running change to include the new revised damper piece in the current kit?

That one I can't answer I'm afraid. Sam was running the new damper rods at the BRCA National last weekend though and they are definitely easier to fill. No difference in feel either.

if that is a significant advantage/improvement, it would be nice to include, right? my 2 cents

Hi Juniorabca, I try to put the A12 gear diff onto e4 but notice the spur gear is tocuhing the chasis. I have a pictures but don't have permission to post it here. Do you have the same issue and how did you fix it? Thanks.

Like 2dialed said you will have to use a thin spur with the oring. I used the RW (https://www.rwracing.co.uk/product/acetal-diff-spurs) ones and just found the smaller Axon (https://www.amainhobbies.com/axon-dt...08189?v=694287) ones work too. This way you don't have to do anything to the chassis. I also added one thin axle spacer to clear it just that much more but was not needed in the end.

Could someone measure the dimensions of the thrust bearing that comes with the Eclipse. Looking for the outer, inner and thickness.

Thank you in advance.

Hugh Jazz 03-15-2022 06:16 PM

3.06 inner hole 7.8mm o/a diameter. Each plate is 1.1,, thick for a o/a thickness of 3.45mm

mike33 03-15-2022 09:09 PM

I don't have one at hand to measure but either side of the thrust washer is slightly different. Inner diameter on large side as mentioned in last comment, small side I think is 2.9mm.

Hugh Jazz 03-16-2022 02:12 AM

Mike is correct. I missed that. so the above is the small plate and the bigger plate is 3.2 inner hole on a 8mm diameter
