Default stk oval brushes/ springs

Im in the need to rebuild the old monster just bought a co27 will rebuild it later but for now i need a idea of brushes and springs to use for a oval touring car... Want to know about the f brushes, and the reedy plutonium brushes also.. And i got red springs on the motor as of now but will chenge or offset.. I know i can get better results and just try but id like to know whats a idea of what is working. im building these for my club races and ill be buying me 2 motors from a builder thats tried and trued.. thanks
