Looking forward to trying this car, I was just about to purchase the XQ1S, so this thread saved me. Think it will be out later this month or Jan?

Default XQ2S

Iím looking to get a TC for club racing.
How are these compared to 3racing Sakura, Tamiya, and others for starting out? I want to be able to make the necessary adjustments to get the car hooked up on the track, and to use higher end electronics on it. It would be used on asphalt.

Any info is appreciated

Thanks!

Mid motor budget TC with short shocks? Maybe long arms?

edit: saw the FB Xpress page and looks to be rear motor still.

Sakura S64 and XQ2S have the same adjustments as any other top level TC on the market, both are very competitive, you will have more hop up parts available with the XQ2S vs S64

Yeah, I'm not seeing much here other than an XQ1S with short shocks. The spy shot of the chassis plate shows it's still using the same one-piece bulkheads and rear motor.

The justification for sticking to rear motor "because it's easy to solder" doesn't seem valid to me. The body rub supports look interesting, should fit on the XQ10 as well. The steering rack change will mean it's not compatible with the XQ10S mid conversion kit without extra parts (either the older steering rack, or the XQ10 chassis plus split bulkheads).
