Help identify this chassis?

I was watching a behind the scenes video and was curious about the chassis they were using. Don't have experience with on-road, unfortunately. Can someone help verify what this chassis is? Is it a Tamiya f104? And if it is, is just stock? Thanks!

The ESC looks upgraded. The motor looks to be the stock "silver can"

ESC looks like the 1060 brushed versions sold on eBay for $15
