Is it possible to get more/less acceleration from a change in the front belt teeth based on the kit's internal ratio of 1.9/2? My vbc kit can use either 512/522 for the front belt, so I was wondering if using either would add or take away to the kit's general handling in terms of acceleration.

changing the belt does not change the internal ratio, you would have to change the pulleys to change the ratio.

As said by DesertRat, your not going to change the ratio with the belt but having a tighter front belt (compared to the rear) will make the car grip a lot better when on power
