There an car I can get to use these batteries?
 

I tried out fpv drones but wasn't my thing and now I have a couple 1300mah lipos in 3S and 4S. Is there a small car out there that can use these? Would be fun to have a small zippy car.

Honestly it will be very hard, because drones can use low C-rated cells because the motor are just moving air. With car, it could become very problematic if you use a car motor. By the way, you should be able to use two batteries in parallel to get more autonomy and lower the IR but I won't have very high expectations.

I can't imagine a 1/8th would last a qualifier let alone a main on 1300 Mah.

Anything small and you won't be able to find electrics that handle 3-4s. Anything big and you won't have any runtime.

I bet he meant 1/18th scale. A mamba x or ezrun micro can handle 3s lipo, a 4s capable esc would be harder to find.

A high turn motor would also be needed as the higher voltage of a 3s battery would be crazy fast and get really hot.

I'm currently setting up some cars with 1300mA 3-cell and 25.5/t motor for non-ROAR fun racing. Works great. Lightweight and has the performance of something like 17.5T. Run-time is good, because you are not wide-open all the time as would be the case of 25.5 on 2-cell. Plus the car is much lighter with the small battery, so it is more efficient. Also, small effects help run time, like less heat lost to the wires etc.

That's actually a rather backwards way of going about it pardon my saying. You get the vehicle then find batteries that fit it, not get the batteries and find a vehicle to fit.

I did actually (contrary to MR. RC guy above me here). Sorry to hear that FPV wasn't your thing. Regardless of how you got the batteries, the thought to me would be to get the car first then get batteries that fit the car not get batteries first and then get a car to fit those batteries. As for your question, it really depends on the size and shape of the batteries. Now knowing that they are 3 and 4S tells me they are probably pretty sizeable batteries even for smaller applications. Also, think about where you were looking to zip around. If you are looking at offroad, there are probably quite a few choices from folks like Traxxas, Redcat, and others. Onroad is going to be a bit more challenging...then once you get your car, you have to consider will your battery fit in the battery tray. If we are talking mini/micro-size 3/4S batteries, then you are looking at something like the MIni-Z, TLR Mini-T, and others of that class. There was a lot of information missing from your post at the top of this discussion that would better inform readers of this thread so they can point you in the right direction (even though you are going about it a tad backwards as I said before)
