Wow someone is on his period.....

Yes i've heard of fricton, but maybe you have heard of quality control... something Associated seem to have forgotten about.

If you can read (as you read my post i'll assume you can) I said the associated comes with free play AS STANDARD <<-- get that part into your head... whereas the schumacher has NON. The fit and finish of the schumacher is far superior in every way, i'm not saying this because I dislike the tc5 either I still race mine every friday and it's great, but there is no denying the schumacher is a far better car!

Ah yes that makes sense. Wasn't thinking about the cutouts being different. Hmmm bummer.

Every time i ask any thing on this tread i never get a answer. unlike the ABC tread. Must i be on my period to get a simple answer out of any one. I just need a little help. but never get any. All of my friends run the cyclone and i am the only one running the TC5 with no help for you guys here on this tread.

Easy there buddy.. I would say start at a 3.8 and go from there. You are going to need more gear compared to guys running a Tekin or LRP, the GTB doesnt have as much timing. IMO, asking someone at your local track would yield a more definitive answer, as I do not know the nuances of your track that will affect your gearing.

As for MI4 vs TC5.. Some people may like some cars better, its just a personal preference thing. The TC5 is fast. Let is not forget they went 2-3 @ the Reedy Race this year. Its just all about setup. The Exotek chassis definately takes a different setup than the stock one.. If you havent changed anything then your not getting everything out of the car

Alight guys going to vegas and I need a killer rubber setup for 13.5 and 17.5. Ive played around with josh's set up a bit but he is running a one way and Im thinking that might affect the car a bit. Im running the slipper spool up front in both cars. Just looking for good starting point. Thanks fellas

I've ran a RW 128t spur and there was about 3mm clearance between the bottom of the spur and the chassis
