Can not wait to hit the track with mine.. I will post some pictures of my car in a few days... I am going to be going to Fastcats in Canada to practice in the 15th,16th of august weekend.... I also just finished building my Rubber car and it will also be hitting the track. Now i just need to make some finishing touches to my 1/12th scales and we will be ready...

But back to work...

This seems like a good time to remind everyone of the Ignore User feature. I've had LATC3 on my ignore list for weeks, and it's working very well. The only problem is when people who don't have him ignored reply to his posts. I recommend ignoring LATC3.

It's nice to have a site and such a detailed thread to help avoid any potential issues with the kit.

I will be running mine at track in Englewood, FL. I am going to stop by on their next race day to meet some folks and see what they're running. The owner was very nice and advised me that they run a Tamiya Spec TT-01 class in the fall. That will be a nice economical way for me to get into another class.

One thing is certain, I have a lot of learning to do and a lot of practice time to log.

I just tought I would post on here with my new account, I wanted to have one with my real name . I will be online more often from now on to help with any question you may have about the car.

I will be going with Mike Blackstock on the 15-16 to test out at fastcats to get ready for the IIC, so we will post what we come up with after the week end !

Although that surely is good advise, in this case I'm guilty of a couple of flaws, one of which is I like to be challanged. In this case my challange is: To try to understand what he is attempting to write, and determine his age. I haven't made much progress yet....so I may end up taking your advise real soon.

I will mainly run Foam, Mike will run both foam and rubber, so he should have a very good starting point for vegas.

Check the AE site for last years set up. Tommi won in 19t and Juho and Rick were fast in Mod. Should be a good starting point.

Without overall track size, length of longest straight, and spur gear in use it's hard to say...
