Phil Mathews was the only Mugen I am aware of. He had not been running much carpet and struggled a bit. I believe he was mid pack in the B main of stock TC.

Hey if X-ray can get that for a fragile copy, why not?

It’s still a good value, but it was a great value. Glad I jumped on it when I did.

You paid $100 more than I did. At one time it was $589 before a $30off coupon. Crazy how much it went up.

I actually thought of doing just that but happened to find a used MTC2 at a great price.

Seems raw material shortages and price increases, port delays, inflation, etc, definitely causing a jump in kit cost to retain the profit margins.

Not sure why Amain is so high. Mugen’s site shows a $30 increase.

I looked around a bit, but I’m not sure who imports Mugen to the states?

I am pretty sure Mugen Seiki Racing (MugenRacing.com) is the US distributor.

Just wondering. Who would you contact for support if a part doesn't fit. MugenRacing.com or some other site? I remember when i bought my kit back in July. A part didn't fit, I tried emailing [email protected] but no one responded. Ended up just buying a new part from Amain to continue with the build.

What's a good starting final drive for a 21.5? Team Powers motor btw. Thanks

With my xfactor 21.5 motor I use 3.9 for small tracks and 3.4 for larger tracks. Reaching 3.4 will require an aftermarket topdeck to fit a larger pinion
