Default orion 3700 6 cell oscar

Anyone tried the oscar jansen 3700 they look pretty promising? with 1.21 avg volt and some pretty low resistance in there. What do you guys think about these compared to other 3700 cells and the 3800 cells? im thinkin of these or the axxis racing 3800 3x cells..

that 1.21 is at 30 amps... I guess they are sold out because the ib3800's are better and also cheaper...

Orion now uses Turbo matchers to match their batteries. Also I have tried all teh new GP 3700 SP2 and GP 4300 with good results. I like them better for Mod.

i know they use turbo matchers. they do something to make them look better. if you cyle out an orion pack it will not cycle out to those numbers on a turbo matcher i remember a guy on here bought an orion pack and a smc pack from his lhs. the orion pack was about 15 seconds lowwer than the lables and about .01 off on the voltage on the label. the smc pack was about 2 seconds off and the voltage was actually higher than what the labels said. this was all on a freshly calibrated turbo matcher

When I had a Turbo 35 I cycled an Orion pack and the numbers were dead on. Now I cylce my packs on the CTX-D and the run time are within 5 seconds of the label. I have ran IB3800's before aswell. I like the 3800's for 19t and stock. But for Mod I prefer 3700's and 4300's. The reason is IB's are great for 3-4 mins for 19 turn and maybe 2-3 min in Mod then they tend to drop. The GP's are more consistent throughout the run. I think the GP 3700 oscar is right up there with IB 3800's.
