Default Gasket paper in gear diffs?

Anyone know off the top of their heads what type of paper is used in gear diffs? Is it just a general purpose one or something arcane and expensively specific?

Classic gasket paper for use with oils and water are made out of cellulose soaked with nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR). Nothing special. You can buy it as sheets with various thickness on ebay. A common brand is Elring Abil N.
Lonestar, Dan the Man and glennhl like this.
