On a club day and on our layouts, 35 laps a run. 4 timed runs and 3 practice runs would be typical. The tires were run at the HWC so 5 timed and about 5 practice on that weekend. 3 club days and the practice days were about 5 runs each.
Lets add that up
HWC 10 x 35 = 350
Club 7 x 35 x 3 = 735
Practice 5 x 2 x 35 = 350
Estimated total laps = 1435 (give or take)
That is a lot of right and left for a set of tires. Lol

Can't believe I'm getting a small itch to run rubber tire on 12th, but ima ask these 2 questions.

1. Are yall gluing the fronts?

2. What's yall sauce regimen? I know that supposedly it was just yall putting on and wiping off at the end of a run just to clean off the tires, just wondering if that's changed

No glue, sauce for a couple of minutes and wipe them off. It's as simple as it gets. The strange thing is the falloff, I've ran my fastest laps at the end. Even tho the voltage drops, the tires get more grip as you run and build up heat in them. So running 8.5 or whatever for lap times is possible to do for the entire race

I told Scott I'd get a set off of him before but never did. What's the setup differences between running foams and set rubber? Is everyone running softer generally?

We have actually been gluing the tires. It's not needed but it makes it so you can drive the cars as hard as you want from the very start.

The tires work just fine without glue, they just work a little better with glue if the traction is at a reasonable level.

I was gluing until the G3 version came out. More rear grip meant I needed more front. Balance.

If someone has a reliable way to reach him, I would be willing to try again. We were being sent new samples, told they had shipped, etc. but never got anything. Our FB messages have not been answered but if there is another way to reach him we can give it a shot.
