I'm gearing my two KD's different now. ONe likes 1.09 and is fast and brushes last mutiple runs. my other ones fast too, but needs 1.12 to 1.15 and it is one or two runs only and it needs the comm cut and new brushes.

I deleted the high and/or low numbers and just grouped the 3 motors by relative AMP draw. Looking at this data, I would conclude that the KD-19 has less TORQUE, similar Watts & Efficiency. The C2 still seems to create MORE Power/Watts in a equal AMP draw test, but the KD-19 does have a TON more RPM.
Excellent. Glad someone else noticed the ratings at specific Amp draws. The RPMs of the KD19 went up about 30% which of course causes the Torque to go down, about 30% as well.

Tried with on carpet the XXX's, motor seem to run cooler, comm held up a little but you have to cut your comm every 2 runs

Thats better than normal. I cut every run in sedan and every 3 runs in 1/12th no matter what motor and brush I use.
