Just tap out teh oil-lite bushings with a wooden rod(or similar) and press in a suitably sized bearing. Take your time though and make sure theb earing is seated properly...

Of course, the bearings would make it NOT TCS legal...

Get yourself a bearing remover/installer. This makes your life easier and your won't wreck the bearings when installing.

Yeah you can. I bought a used motor from an rc buddy and when I checked the motor it had bearings.
I'm not sure how to do it and what size bearings to use. I tried it once on an old motor and the bearing is not perfectly centered. Maybe someone can elaborate.
Another rc buddy told me to get a cheap 19turn because its as slow as 23turn but since its 19turn it has bearings.
