Default jaco replacing wrecked tires?

i've hear a couple things about jaco replacing cracked rims and even chunked tires at some tracks. I know that the tires are 100% garantied not to come unglued, but is the rest of this at all true or just some crap that people make up? if it's true, how do i get my tires replaced? i got about 10 cracked rims and 20 chunked tires

They only replace them if they come unglued meaning that the tires will NOT be ripped away from the rim and the rim will be white with no foam residue on it.

Well i have had a couple of cracked rims before but there is nothing to replace rims other tyhan getting a new set. And if you buy 1 set of the same hardnest of your chunked tires you can by some glue and cut out a chunk of the new tires and glue it on the old one. Make sure that the peice you glue is bigger than the tire. Then you just true the tire doen couple of mm and your done. Then you can do this over and over again.

The way I understand it is this.....

Chunked tires come from hitting things like lane dividers or other cars.
It would be like asking GM to replace your bent fender after an accident!

Awhile back a friend of mine bought a set and they cracked on the first run. He sent them to Jaco, about a month later he got a new set.

I never will buy Jaco foams agian, I only use them with my T2 because they came with it...
