Roche - 7x5x1 O-ring (340091)

the 2 balls with the flat head goes face down in the lower arms the face is flat to have a better contact with the front spring

when you put the pivot ball insert in the arms be sure they fit not too tight because the balls will bind !! if its too tight take a 400 grid sand paper roll it and turn it in the hole to sand it equaly watch many time to do not overseize it ! need to fit with a normal push ** don't scratch the balls they are coated **

if the fit is good and the pivot ball move not like you take a pliers with pivot ball remover pin and play with it remove and install it 2 3 times and check

and you need the Roche O-ring schumi O-ring is too big

Put the Icon on the pole and a main win
in race 2 of race for the birds at beechline today. This thing keeps getting quicker Everytime I run it. Stayed consistent all day long. The winner of this series gets an entry for the F1 class at the snowbirds this year so hopefully I can keep this pace up. Was the fastest car in the class every time it hit the track.

Just picked up a 2nd Icon as a backup car. Also noticed Discount RC Store now carries the stronger and beefed up aluminum posts.

I need help with front end tweak.
Left side camber reads 2 degrees while the right side read from 2.5 to 3 degrees
I have the extra strong front posts and it reads the same with both U8076 and U 8123

Did you replace the rear post as well? If you didn't it may be bent and that's throwing the front off. Had the same issue with mine till I replaced the rear post as well. Found the original had a slight bend in it.

Are you referring to U7864?

Hope you enjoy. Was a fun race my car started on the pole. Don't know how to get the video put on here but that's the YouTube address for it.

Yep that's the one. It's also a little tricky getting the front set at times. The trick is to snug the screws up just enough to hold things in position but can still easily slide the top plate front to back till you get both sides where to want, then snug up the front screws first then the back.

My camber is mismatched too using the 1.5 top plate but not as drastic as yours that it affects the car's handling. This is with the new posts all around.

Check if your lower arm or top plate is bent too. And correct shimming.

Honestly not a huge fan of the Schumacher front end and the posts/slots. It is very easy to get a tweaked front end.

Check for bent front axles or kingpins and that the steering hub is not deformed. Check that there is no excessive play in the kingpin pivot balls. Ensure your steering links are the same length and that your steering rack is centered. Lastly, ensure you have the same thickness shims between the camber strap and the posts closest to the kingpins on both sides of the car.
