Default Motorcycles. Where are they? Who's made them? who's making them?

So. I ride motorcycles. I like them a lot. I want a r/c motorcycle.

But... here I am, looking at the r/c motorcycle market, and it's.. at best... wacky.

There's the 1/6th scale stuff in Europe. But even then, I can't find the kits. And do you want to try running 1/6 th scale bikes in your driveway? yeah, neither do I. That said, if you know the manufacturers, lets hear about them. And at least some of them, appear to be gas.. which is kinda a non starter for "in the neighborhood" stuff.

Kyosho has their 1/8th scale bikes. Which are good.

Hitec, and Hobbyking both marketed at 1/10th scale bike. But they appear to not be on the market anymore.

So where are they? what's on the market now? what scales are they?

This is a website for a store in Australia, which has a good range of bikes so you can get an idea of what's on the market.

Kyosho also make these mini z bikes which are great for racing around the house. They come with a gyro so they're easy to drive as well.

Me too...

But I just can't get over how unrealistic RC motorcycles look flopping back and forth on a track. If someone can find a video of a really good pilot, post it up.

Look at 2wheelhobbies.com, they have a big selection of parts. But honestly, the r/c mc market is nearly dead. I've had 1/5 TTs and 1/8 venom. They are fun to drive.

I have watched them run a number of times on a couple of our local tracks. And they are just shit... Unrealistic, and they crash so often and, you need to get someone to pick them up...
