Default Novak ESC & Power Caps !

Hey Guys, would you please help me with this.....

I have a Novak Racer EX in my TT-01. I have a couple of questions:
1. What power capacitor should I use for the ESC (the uF & the volts)?
2. Where shalll I install the power capacitor..is it before the ESC (Battery-Power cap-ESC) or after the ESC (ESC-Power cap-motor)?
3. What schottky diode shall I use?

Thanks for the help..
