Default Looking for some help

I've been looking for a couple of things and cannot seem to locate them.
first.
I'm looking for the thin rubber sheet, people are putting under their Lipo batteries on touring cars.
second.
I'm looking for the plugs or inserts for the bottom/ extra holes in the Lipo batteries that have through holes.

thanks in advance
