Has anyone setup and ran their M-20 in the shorty battery configuration? I read where some of the X-men😎 run their mid motor T-4s that way for black carpet witch I will be running my M-20 on. The reason I ask is I already have several shorty batteries that I run in my EB 410.2 and the weight difference is significant about 3oz. I will be building mine with the aluminum chassis.

Default I like it

Ran mine box stock for the first time yesterday on outdoor asphalt. After coming from carpet oval I love this car!!!! Fit and finish was amazing for a “budget” kit. USGT guys are all on 15.6/15.7s laps im running 17.3’s but I have equipment issues to overcome. Love the car and if anyone has suggestions I’d be open to hearing them thanks

Just got my 20M... 1/3rd way into the build.

I have the alloy diff housing front and rear. The front belt is ok. The rear belt is TIGHT like guitar strings at the loosest setting. Is there a slightly longer belt on the market?

Default Optional CVDs

Would Xray front double joint cvds work with the 20m?

Have you tried swapping back to the plastic?

I am on page 11 in my build but my kit came with a separate revised page 11 and the kit came with 1 pair of aluminum bearing carriers use those on the front and the plastic ones on the rear and the belt tension feels perfect. I must have a newer revised kit, just received the kit yesterday.
