Default 1/12th scale donuts getting harder to find.

Is it just me, or are 1/12th scale foam donuts getting harder and harder to find? I have plenty of wheels, and I'm looking for donuts only. Tower Hobbies has discontinued all of Jaco's donuts. Is that because Jaco is no longer producing donuts?

So who else is currently making donuts other than CRC? I'm not talking about who has x amount of donuts still in stock.
I don't need to be convinced to "just pay more and get them mounted on the rims." (You end up with tons of extra rims this way, and that is not efficient and a waste to the environment.)

I'm wondering what companies are actually still producing donuts for 1/12th scale?

Corally still produce donuts. Obviously not using the "conventional" colour coding system though.

How do you glue donuts to rims? I mean, what glue do you use, how do you apply it and how sure can you be that the wheel won't be way off balance and won't come appart during racing. Is it still cheaper (donuts + glue + old rims) than buying a new set of wheels?
Thanx
