I have the 07ms, and what a great car it looks amazing and runs great, but a little curious when everyone is going to mid motor , tamiya is sticking with a rear motor, maybe an expensive conversion kit down the road or a 420ms kit with midmotor. I am on the fence with this kit or the new xray t4 20, probably will order tamiya and then get the conversion kit once released

Everything and anything seems to always come back around. What are the pros and cons of each? Certainly they gotta give or take something right or is rear motor really inferior to mid.

All TA07's is the only chassis that can position a true mid-motor. All others (TAMIYA) like TA05 are mid pulley

Tamiya USA maintain prices at full retail so that you shop at resellers / LHS. When a product is at end of life cycle however they deeply discount them, to get rid of inventories
