Try this one on for size.
================
You're expecting your TC to be delivered by UPS, get home and even though there isn't a UPS sticker, you go "Okay, I'll just drive over there and pick it up" (20 miles away), as you hit the exit to your apartment complex, you see the UPS truck coming, and manage to beat him on the 1/2 mile trip (my building is the furthest back) back to your building door, so that you can sign for the package...

True story, did it 3 days ago...LOL

Here is a picture of the run that I had to make to get there in time

Also, off to the right (off image) is another sign..

To the right (off the image), is an abandoned amusement park, which has a PRISTINE Go-Kart track you are trying to get the city to allow you access to (since the city took the land it granted back after owner shut it down), so that you can practice there.

When you go on an eight day long mission trip, and you walk around the school your staying and sleeping at, trying to find wifi, just so you can read rctech.net on your PSP, even when you know it will take a minute just to load one page, and you will only get half of the page because the cache on it isn't big enough. I did this every day to see if something would pop up. On the way home, we stayed at a church, and they had wifi, but 15 minutes after I found it, they called lights out, and the wifi router was connected to the switch, and down went the connection. I read rctech for all of 5 minutes. True story. I just came home from the trip yesterday.

When your idea of the ULTIMATE race car is a Dodge Stratus.

Somehow, somewhere along the way, somebody convinced all of us that a 4 day sedan is THE definition of cool/fast. Shouldn't we all be racing Vettes, Porsches, and Vipers, etc.???

You know your ate up with these carpet toys when:

You put off your wifes (or girlfriend) request for some beef to rebuild your diffs.

You blow off family members to go to a race held during Thanksgiving!

You go to Vegas to race toys not gamble or check out the strip goodies!

You call yourself a driver when in reality your not driving anything, more like controlling. Unless you can shrink yourself and climb into your carbonfiber toy and take over for the servos!!
