You're addicted when:

- You find this thread and don't even drive an on-road!

- You get excited when something around the house breaks because you know your Zap CA will be perfect to repair it, and the wife will be impressed with the quick dry time!

- You have a bottle of Simple Green under the sink but curse the wife if she ever uses it on non-RC stuff, as it would be a waste

- You have so much RC stuff that some RC cars become 'ornaments' around the house for lack of storage space

- There's no more space in your wardrobe for clothes, and yet there are at least 3 empty Tamiya boxes there taking up valuable space.

- You choose your latest game console based on if they have an RC game for it

You know you're addicted to RC when you look at your wardrobe and the greater percentage of your casual clothes has some kind of RC company logo on it...

-I love it. My wife and I may be building a house in the spring.(if we can sell our current home) I already told her there will be a finished "hobby" room in the basement with a deadbolt on it to keep my 3 year olds hands off.............

this place is pretty funny. a lot of this relates to me.

my $0.02:
-when you skip class just to get to a race on time.
-when your bill on r/c is higher than any other bill you pay.
-when the screensaver and background on your phone and computer are all of your car.
-when you have random parts from a car youve never owned sitting on your work bench.
-when you spend more time trying to figure out how to make your car faster than trying to do school work/job

You know you are addicted when you:

- finally join rctech.net so that you can post to this thread.

- you don't ASK for RC Christmas presents, but you BUY the parts and tools and given them to your kids to wrap as gifts for you.

... you wish your daily driver was a 4wd car so you could get a better feel for 4wd dynamics.
