Default Soldering ESC wires

I was wondering how to solder new ESC wires on my Novak GTS, there all connected on one circut (rod, board, whatever it is called). Not seperated holes for each wire.

I was just wondering exactly how to take the old ones out and install new ones. Reason Im doing this is because I cut my old wires too short and I want to run the wires under the chassis and directly to the battery. I would solder more wire to the existing wire, would that just be fine? Or would I lose alot of power?

Here is what a GTS looks like if you don't know.

Thanks, Mike.

Just un-solder the wires, cut the wires to the length you want and solder it back in the correct place, just make sure that the + and Ė donít get mixed upÖitís that simple. For me I tend to hold the Iron on the bottom of the board and the wires almost pop out.

Yeah, so hold my tip at the bottom of the board and the wires will come out? How much solder do I put? How would I apply it correctly? I want this to look pretty clean.
