Oh really Brett, well I see your two Pulsar's and I raise you a two Pulsar 2's (10amp each) and a GFX (12amp) all cranking on one battery. I bet I can charge a battery in 5 min or less. That's if it doesn't catch fire first!

P.S. Eddie was telling me a story that they had to do that (two pulsars) because Dumas forgot to charge a pack for the main once.

I saw Travis Amezcua do that once at our track, two pulsars on one pack. He was up in like 20 minutes and forgot to charge a pack as well!!

In all seriousness,

I would like to see some testing done at say a 15-20 amp charge. Just to see if the batteries can take it.

If they can take a 35 amp discharge, why not a high charge rate. I guess the buildup of hydrogen in the cell could happen a bit fast though, and kaboooooom.

How long did the pack last after that, meaning the lifespan of that pack? And also did the chargers sustain any damage to each other charging that one pack sat the same time in parallel?

I honestly doubt Travis was concerned about the life of the pack. As far as I know the Pulsars were fine, I even tried it once on a pack of mine. I think it does the battery more damage then the chargers.

at snowbirds i know a guy that missed charging his pack completely for the main, he put his 2 turbo 30s and his turbo 35 on it all set at 12 amps, thats 36 amps total, yes i saw it done, and yes his car was amazingly fast on the track, but i do not know the live expectancy of the pack
