Default Aluminum Hardware

Any major differences in quality between Hiro Seiko, Hobbystar, and Yeah Racing?

Looking to switch over all of my upper screws to aluminum...

Yes. The lower quality ones strip their heads a lot easier.

Hiro Seiko are good (but you'll pay for it), I wouldn't use Yeah Racing, I've never seen Hobbystar.

Not only will they strip easier, the button heads will just pop off. Buy good quality aluminum screws.

I have bought 7075 aluminum screws on ebay from China sellers, Hiro Seiko, and Associated aluminum screws.

The Associated ones seem very similar to the eBay ones I got, The Hiro Seiko screws are very high quality. Not only is the anodizing much more shiny and consistent, the button head recess for the allen driver is deeper, so you're less likely to strip. I have not tried many other brands. Hiro Seiko is worth the price though.

How is the anodizing quality compared to Hiro Seiko?

I like my bling.

my fastner express stuff in the past has been good too. Not as shiny as the Hiro Seiko stuff but the quality is good and the price is way better.

I have hiro seiko and have stripped the alum screws. They have the best color imo.
I try to use tamiya brand for titanium and hiro for alum

the worst experience a I had with aluminum screws was a T-works kit for Project 4X. The titanium screws were nice, but the 6mm screws just pop up if you were overtighting them... And I'm talking about using the screwdriver with two fingers...

Fastener express is quite cheap and good, but there is a percentage you can just throw because of defaults...

Ordered some from Fastener Express. $28 shipped for 100 screws is worth a shot.
