Have to say I'm a little envious of that collection. Best of luck to you in the ETS with them

Did the SSBB upgrade with #54878.

Do you guys have little play in the new 5.8mm damper balls and new V-parts too??? I can move the dampers ~1mm back and forth...seems normal on all 4 dampers, but its not satisfying to me...

I also used the longer plastic connectors #V2. They are more suitable for the 419X arms.

With the short part #V7 the damper retainers will collide with the arm. Therefore I used #V2. This also alters the damper function. Dampers are now fully compressed, when chassis hits the ground. Have to test, if this is bad or not...

Right now I am faster with my 419xr.
2 possible problems.... Understeer.. Will see what can I do. And some drag. Something that I don't know how to fix It...as without electronics It feels smooth....
car its fine, confortable...but not as fast as my 419...Will work on it....and see.

the question is......
how we get more ajustment for flex option on this car.
especially on high grip conditions like my 419x or a newer 419XR
I guess, only a upper brace and the motor-mount position is not enough .....
Any ideas ? a one piece suspension holder in the back on front will come soon...so hopefully..

afer that I will be ready for some next level-upgrade on my dampers )

regards Harry

man thats a shame, I wanted to try this with the regular BB shocks on my FF04, hoping to get rid of the play in the upper cap / lower rod end on the shock tower and a-arm pivot balls.

The new damper ends have no play at all. Only axis wise, damper/bridge/arms have no play. Damper action is play free. Difficult to explain...

Haven't had a chance to test due to other commitments, but I'll be testing the car with Christian donath alloy chassis at AOC Melbourne. Here is a few pics of the car. Also, what have others found works well for setup with this car on carpet?
