Questions/Answers:
Q1. Will the P12 Evo support a traditional style steering servo setup?
A1. Yes. The chassis supports this, but parts are not included.

Q2. Will the P12 Evo support prior Roche P12 front ends featuring a Xenon lower arm?
A2. Yes. Prior front ends will directly bolt on to the new P12 Evo chassis

Q3. What is the maximum size servo width that can be used on the P12 Evo?
A3. Maximum servo width is 33mm

Q4. Which servos fit into the P12 Evo?
A4. (not a complete answer -- working on building up a list)

Sanwa SGR-HR (must cut off the top/bottom additional case pieces)
Sanwa SRG-HS (must cut off the top/bottom additional case pieces)
KO Propo RSx3-12 Digital Mini Servo

The O ring fits fine, you just have to take your time and work it into the groove in the adjuster nut. As far as the servo file the mounting holes close to the servo body then file the ears flush with the mount it's just that simple.

I run a Sanwa SRG-HR in my Evo without any issues. Run the block in the short position.

I had the same issue with the spring retainer o-ring, it was a MAJOR pain to get installed.

didn't have any issues just have to keep pressing it in the recess using the end of a driver and eventually it goes in

Can someone mesure distance between screw holes on lower arm on roche p12?

I’m just thinking of using xray x12 lower arms on roche p12 carbon chassis and not shure is it possible...

I get 38.87mm, or 1.530" - I measured from the leadering edge of the back screw to the leading edge of the front screw on the chassis bottom; I didn't explicitly check, but I think the arm hole spacing is the same.

I picked up a P12 Evo and everything went together nicely except the front steering tierods. The ballcups and pivotballs are incredibly tight and is creating a lot of friction.

Is this normal?

I built up 3 kits. About half of the front ball studs were snug. Give them a few gentle squeezes with needle nose pliers. If they were sloppy, guys would have even more of a fit! At least you can tune "snug".

a little, try xenon rde-0043, you will never use a regular ball cup again.
