I still have a couple kits left in stock as well.

Any plans for the for the multiple position motor mount? I really liked having three screws vs two. I could always stop hitting shit hard enough that my motor moves, too. 😁

Hey guys, tried the car and it is very nice, same lap times as my 2016. I went straight for a short wheelbase in the rear since this is what I was running on my 2016. What should be expected if I switched to long wheelbase?

Built a 2nd kit tonight. These are the best kit's I've assembled. Just flat out quality. Everything that was just "good" before, is even better. Little things like including a 92 and 72t spurs with the spool. Like including the "low" rear ride height carriers. I still haven't warmed up to the body posts, but that just a personal thing. Its a cleaner intelligent build. I got it on track last Sat to race a little stock 17.5 and the car certainly steers a bit more then previous models. It begs to be driven harder. Can't wait until the mod car is ready!

Ah, looks like I stumbled my way to victory. Here is the kit I am building last night, it's still in raw naked form. The front end is solid. In fact, no pin brace is included in the kit. Most of us never ran it anyways. Some neat things that were done with the bell crank is the ackerman inserts: you can choose 6 different lengths and then the post itself is on an offset post. I haven't even begun to fiddle with it. The front block is vertical screw down arm with a 2mm wheelbase adjustment. The caster block mount has a little fence against the arm, it won't ever move. The football is the new "tunnel style", no need to loosen it after a big tangle. Then a shot of my 17.5 car to show electronics installed. I initially had a little trouble getting side/side balance per the instructions and found that if I flipped everything it turned out perfect. This car is still a little light, I need to add about 8-10g but that SMC motor is super light. The R1 would have it right at 730g.
