Will the P12'17 screw kit work for the EVO car? If so...what one would everyone recommend? I ran the Ti/Al kit in my last car, but is anyone using the all aluminum one?

I used a Hiro seiko p12-2017 ti screw set and Xavier used the roche red aluminum screw set. Both offer enough screws to build out the car with some to spare...

Have you had a chance to weigh the new car (before having to add any weight to get to 730)?

Thanks,

Tom

Honestly there are a lot of factors driving car weight - electronics, body, tires
I had to add 6g to make weight.... I was happy with that

I agree. Thanks for the reply. It is what I thought after reviewing the manual.

Three major variables
1. Foam type
2. Rim brand -- there are different sizes
3. Motor class

Depends now on "one run" or multi runs. If one runs -- 39.5 or smaller front and rear

Most races are multi run so I start at 39.8 front and as large as 41.5 rear to drive a "larger" gear with fixed gearing. At the Halloween Classic I won on my 3rd run of tires started at this size.
