Default Cells need re-matching/cycling.

I have 12 2400 packs that feel a bit tired. I would like to send the cells to someone to have them cycled a couple of times on a matcher so I can re-assemble some good packs. Anyone have a matcher and want to make a few bucks or know of somewhere in I can send them, preferably in California?
