Default tc7.1 rear end loose

I know I know this title of this thread will probably get some colorful replies. LOL Here's my issue, I built my TC7.1 to run VTA on black CRC carpet. The car runs pretty straight in the straightaways, but when I get to the turns the rear end kicks out. I have 2* of rear toe, 3* of camber, running 40wt oil and silver springs. The tires I have I used from a VTA car I ran about 2 years ago (maybe 5-6 races) that used tire compound for traction. I was thinking maybe the tires are still a bit stiff or maybe I need a new set of VTA tires due to age?

What do you think?

Thanks,
John

Try here:

Team Associated TC7 & TC7.1 Touring Car

lots of good info, I'd get new tires though.

Cut down on your dual rate to start sounds like too much steering
