Default Custom Power Supply (a little more than just modding a computer ps)

Been working on this on and off, finally done now. I've seen a lot of people with those computer power supplies and just getting rid of all the unnecessary wires and using the resistor trick, but I never liked the cases of them. Too much of a square, I needed something a little more low profile. So I decided to build my own, and here it is. It's about 8"x6"x2.5" and puts out 25A. Cost me about $40 to build.

Nice....

What is the output loaded voltage?

Also, what would be VERY trick is an easy way to put this in a CE case..
T30/35/GFX

I've seen a few done, but most are only around 10-12A.

Thanks for all the replies everyone. To reply:
Tres - I thought about it, but then if I ever replaced the charger, well... I could do it though, there is plenty of room IMHO.
As for the voltage: 12.4v with little (1A) or no load, 11.73v charging at 6A, and 11.4v with two chargers charging at 6A each.

PaintRoly and RobPhillips - I have thought about selling them, but I don't know how many cases I can get. We'll see what kind of interest there is

Hmm, I don't know...
My personal one is a "prototype" unit at best, since I just wanted to get the thing to be functional. There are still a lot of things I would require myself to do before I would sell these as I have mine. Plus, I've only been using mine for a couple days, I want to be sure that it will hold up for a while so I don't make and sell something that might die easily. I'll work on it some more later tonight and try to post a pic or two of the internals.

Also, if I were to sell these, what kind of cost would most guys be willing to do?

I would be interested in one!!! Just try and kep the cost below Radio Shacks version. I've been thinking of doing the computer supply version myself, but like you, I can't stand the way they look. That and I just don't really have time to mess with them. Thanks, Bailey.

Not much point for me asking, as you would have to make it 240V and UK spec, lol.

What else would have to make it UK spec? How about 220v?

as long as it got the correct power input (220-240VAC) and the corrent lead.

You would also sell it as a kit if it does you a stock computer PSU.

Only thing I don't see on there is the 3.3 and 5v output which I use quite a bit on my PSU conversion.

Ok, here is a pic of the core of the power supply, before wiring on the fans, on/off switch, AC input,110/220 v switch, etc.
