V4.3 is the latest approved software for the hobbywing.

We should note that Hobbywing XR-4.2.01 is not yet listed on the ROAR site. However, we've been told by sources "in the know" that it has been approved and ROAR just hasn't updated their site yet.

Better yet, screw blinky, go back to boosted, no need for a list and the motor differentials are minimized

Why not just update quarterly and that would be the official dates for changes. Racers have no clue what is legal and what isn't if it isnt published in a timely manner. Now it's just word of mouth. Don't companies pay roar to test the product to be tested and listed. Isn't that part of the fee?

The reason racers created canam was because ROAR couldn't be trusted to do the right thing for the racers. Maybe it's time to just get blinky busters and test our selfs.

According to my testing records, the following are the newest compliant versions for newer HobbyWing ESCs. Not all of these have been posted on the ROAR web site. Version 4.3 has not been submitted for testing with the Pro 1s ESC.

Justock XR10 Software V1_509_No Timing

XR10 Pro Software XR-4.3.0

Xerun XR10 Pro 1S Software XR-4.1.01

Xerun XR10 Stock Spec Software XR-4.2.01

Xerun XR10 Stock Spec 1S Software XR-4.1.01

Many thanks to the NORCAR crew for another top-notch race. I'm really glad I made the event this year. The Can-Am format was perfect. Really good program, lot's of very close racing...Great announcing from Goetz...lot's of fun all around. Thanks all!

Thanks again to The Gate crew for holding my favorite race. I often nearly forgot I had to race a class as I was having so much fun in the pits.

Congratulations to the winners!
