Thank you. I tried various configurations with the help of my friends, and I found the following working for me:
Tamiya gold in the front
Tamiya silver on the side
20000 in the side tubes
10g on the front (need to buy the 25g)

This with prepped asphalt track, no sauce on tyres and no warming.

Now the car is pushing much less, but the diff spins like a crazy. I rebuilt it with my best care, but I had the same issue, and will try with my VBC one soon.
Still need to understand how to put the bearing to fit the 3/4x3/4 though...

For those who are considering getting the SF4, it's highly recommended. Just got mine built over the last few nights. The parts go together smoothly. Absolutely no fitting and grinding needed.

Positioning the electronics is a bit tricky. I ended putting the receiver and esc on one side, and later I will balance the other side using some brass weights.

According to my mates running in local track, the stock setting is pretty impressive already.

Get a copy of Felix Law's set up sheet from the ROAR National for his set up sheet.
